Message	Some of their oils are not API certified (some are) and there is a lengthy article from them regarding this. Amsoil Article API certification or not, they do have a lot of science and testing behind there claims of being one of the top manufacturers and researchers. That being said, I use Mobil1 due to availability but I have always liked Amsoil.
